Welcome to OutLoud — your workspace for professional pitching, live media kits, and brand collaborations across Africa. This guide helps creators get the most from the platform.

Getting Started

  1. Create a creator account and complete the six-step onboarding (socials, niche, profile, content capabilities, logistics, and payment details).
  2. Connect Instagram, TikTok, and/or Facebook so your media kit stays live with real metrics.
  3. Browse matched campaigns in the AI Matchmaker and generate tailored pitches.
  4. Send pitches through the platform — brands receive them in their pitch inbox, not cluttered DMs.

Your Live Media Kit

Every creator gets a public media kit link showing reach, engagement, niches, and reliability. Share it in pitches and on your social bios. Manage it from Creator Settings. It updates when your connected accounts sync — no more outdated PDF decks.

AI Pitches

Free accounts include 3 AI-generated pitches per month. Creator Pro (R149/mo) unlocks unlimited pitches, custom media kit URLs, three PDF portfolio designs, and priority directory listing. Token packs are available for pay-as-you-go credits on the pricing page. AI pitches use African context — lean into local tone, but always review and personalise before sending.

Campaign Workflow

Track every step from your My Campaigns page:

  • Pitch sent — brand reviews in their pitch inbox.
  • Accepted — both parties sign the digital agreement (LoI) on-platform.
  • Draft submitted — upload content for brand approval before posting.
  • Live verified — submit your live post URL; an invoice is generated automatically.
  • Payment — the brand pays you directly using the payment method you agreed on; view invoice details on your campaigns page.
  • Rate — after payment is confirmed, rate the brand on payout speed to help the community.

Tips for Higher Alignment Scores

Alignment scores match you to campaigns by niche, province, platform, engagement, audience age, and reliability. Connect all required platforms, keep niches accurate, and maintain strong engagement on your media kit to rank higher in brand search results.
